Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the resort to be quite a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right near the beach and the views are lovely. However, the room I stayed in had some serious issues with cleanliness and comfort. On the bright side, I had some excellent interactions with the staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, while I enjoyed the natural beauty around, some serious upgrades are needed for the rooms to make it a truly relaxing getaway.
My stay at Phumula in Port Edward was quite mixed. The location is absolutely perfect, and I have loved coming here for years. However, the cleanliness of the chalet left much to be desired. While I appreciated the relaxing environment and well-kept gardens, my accommodation was not up to par, which was a letdown considering the price I paid.
I had a magical experience at the resort with a group of friends. The resort's facilities were impressive, especially the pool and outdoor spaces. The friendly welcome from the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. However, some aspects could be improved, like maintaining cleanliness in certain areas, particularly when it comes to the chalets, as I found some of them less than satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. While I appreciated the cleanliness and upgrade of the facilities, the initial state of my chalet left much to be desired, particularly regarding cleanliness. On a positive note, the swimming pool was well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. However, the lack of privacy and issues with cleanliness around the chalet were disappointing given the price I paid.
